Payment
For paying your order you can choose any payment method for your shopping basket set in our web store.
Our web store uses PayPal and Klarna Checkout as the main ways of payment. We are not responsible for any errors or misunderstandings happening within their services.
Confirmation of order and payment
After your successful order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail, so please make sure that you provide your e-mail address when making your order. Make sure to also check your junk email. In the order confirmation we also confirm your method of payment. In case, due to an unexpected circumstance, we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you promptly.
Delivery
We will deliver your order via the delivery method set in our web store chosen by you when ordering.
Our main delivery method is through a logistics company Pakettikauppa. You can read more about them and their work from their website.
When placing an order you can choose the delivery method and the pick up place for your order. Our web store will automatically offer you different choices near your given address.
Shipping costs
The total shipping costs will be determined by the weight of your shopping basket. The correct shipping costs are automatically counted and added at the checkout.

Other countries will be added in the future.
Delivery time
Our typical delivery times depend greatly on our production. More specific delivery times are informed in connection with product descriptions.
Right to cancel and return of the delivery
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery, or if it is a question of regular deliveries of goods at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.
You must make your notification of cancellation clearly for example by using our cancellation notification form, by sending your notification to our e-mail address q-support@nextfour.com, or by a written notification attached to your return delivery of the goods.
The right to cancel applies solely to, and the goods returned shall respectively be set in their original package, be unused, and be well packaged for the return delivery.
If you cancel your order you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation notification, to the Return Address mentioned in these terms below. If needed you have to evidence that the goods are returned within the above mentioned return time (e.g. by showing the return receipt). You have to pay for the costs of the return of the goods. Such costs will not be returned to you.
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
When returning the goods, please attach your name, contact information and your adequate bank account number so that we can pay your payment for your order back to you. We will return such payment promptly to you in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Possible extra charges adding to the total cost and possible extended shipping time.
Iinternational shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs procedures and may involve additional customs duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges. By placing an order with us, you agree to pay any additional fees that are imposed. We declare the items on their charged value, therefore we will not accept customers' requests to declare a lower cost of the items. It is illegal and punishable by law to mislead the authorities.
